By purchasing or using services from Coastal Can Cleaners NY, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Services Provided
We provide residential trash and recycling bin cleaning services and residential pressure washing services within designated service areas.
Service Access Requirements
Trash cans do not need to be empty; however:

Bins must be accessible

Bins must be located at the service address provided

Bins must be in an unobstructed area
If service cannot be completed due to inaccessibility, obstruction, unsafe conditions, or incorrect address information, service may be skipped without refund.
Scheduling
We do not guarantee a specific service day.
We strive to service during your preferred timeframe and/or coordinated with DSNY trash and recycling pickup days when reasonably possible.
Service dates may vary due to weather conditions, equipment maintenance, holidays, route optimization, or operational needs.
Subscription Plans & Pricing
Monthly Plan
$25 for 2 cans
$5 per additional can
Compost bin included at no additional cost
Quarterly Plan
$40 for 2 cans
$10 per additional can
One-Time Service
$60 for 2 cans
$15 per additional can
Minimum Commitments
Monthly Plan: 3-month minimum commitment.
Quarterly Plan: 2-cycle minimum commitment.
One-Time Service: Single service, no recurring billing.
Monthly and Quarterly plans automatically renew unless properly canceled as described in the Cancellation Policy below.
Cancellation Policy
Subscription cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the next billing date.
Cancellation requests must be submitted either:

Through the cancellation form in your member portal
OR -
Via email to info@coastalcancleanersny.com
Payments already processed are non-refundable.
Property Condition & Damage
Customer acknowledges:

Bins should be reasonably structurally sound

Pre-existing cracks, brittleness, or structural weaknesses may expand during cleaning
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or structural weakness.
If damage is directly caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
In rare cases where damage is clearly attributable to our service, we may assist with bin replacement at our discretion.
Pressure Washing Services
For pressure washing services:

Surfaces must be suitable for pressure washing

We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing deterioration, loose materials, paint failure, or structural instability
Customers are responsible for removing personal property from service areas prior to scheduled service.
Weather Delays
Services may be postponed due to freezing temperatures, heavy rain, severe weather, or other unsafe conditions.
Service will be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe.
Payment Disputes
If you have any concerns regarding billing, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of services.
Service Area Limitation
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service outside our designated service areas.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
